The Futuristic City of the survivors Cortex and the mayan time Wheel /Calendar comes to an apocalyptic 20:12 on the 20th day of the 12th month in the year 2012! The Mayan calendar is seen in 3D as a representation of the 3D Planetary alignment, this time wheel rolls into a galactic conjunction. Our avatar Odyssey leaves the city in time to change the prophecy outcomes, propelled into the Galactic Time Wheel, be cool.

SYNOPSIS - CAST AND CREW - FUTURE
............This is the Nic Animator ....... STUDIO TOUCHES CLOUDS. I have been very busy after graduating in Animation with my own creation called "2012 SHAMAN" .
I have modeled, rigged, textured, lit, animated, directed, edited, narrated, special effects, particle systems, composited, created music, vocals and sound effects. Mastered the soundtrack and authored the DVD. Coming as a 60 minute mind bending animation or more accurately a Trance Western.
CAST:My characters are in order of appearance:
Star Scout my Alter Ego Cowboy who is on a Odyssey of transformation and riding Holy Horse a painted Stallion.
Conquistador who is crucified in the local San Pedro Chapel.
Ghost Bandido who arrives on the Ghost Train at "No Name Station" discovers in the San Pedro church a crucified Conquistador! As rites of passage demand a show down occurs with his alter ego Ghost Bandido, who is apparently not as fast on the draw as Star Scout, and accepts the bullet with his name written on it, and is killed in the main street of San Pedro.
Barman a Mescalero Apache who serves the brew at Hacienda Castaneda.
Eclipsoulito the messenger from Chief Zero Juan who arrives on horse back at the Hacienda to cracks of lightning. He is the Ghost of Ghost Bandido.
Chief Zero Juan aka Zero Chief, an especially psychic Ghost Dancer/Warrior who is inviting Star Scout on the wind to his Tipi for a Smoking Ceremony, drumming into the night he offers Satyr Scout a Pipe and Star Scout is taken via parallel realities to the Ceremony of the Ancient Ones at Chaco Canyon.
Zero One Shaman the Cortex City inhabitant from the 2012 era, is a Cyberdelic Psychonaut who traverses time and space to visit the Ancient Ones .
Hopi Kachina spirit dancers welcome visitors to the Ceremony in Pueblo Bonito.
Nixico the space ship with frightful ThunderBird wings and the liquid shine.
Snake Lo as the sublime night messenger of the Shaman. Sent as shaman scout.
Eagle Hi as the embodiment of the Spirit on thermals. Guides and Divines.
2012 SHAMAN the FUTURE
I would love to redo the animations with the professional ease of motion capture. I would love to have actors play all the acting parts of the animation.
I'm making a TV friendly version its mucho intense with 20 minutes cut out of the original animation .I need a job or some one to invest in my studio and bring it up to Professional Quality, and or attract some development funding to further the animated film/game. And a distributor of independent films. A five minute version was showing in Los Angeles in April 2009.
As I have made and rendered this entire film on two small apple macs, rendering massive HD out put standard, I have had to do with out hair, dynamics and complex scenes. Sometimes it would take half a day or more to render one frame so a fear of rendering a whole scene as one, can quite often lead, with out careful planning to complications in compositing.
I will invest in a game engine and use the models, rigs and textures from the animation to build a game experience. I am so bored with most of the games on the market, I don't play as much any more because nothing has captured my imagination. We made game levels at uni so I'd love to do it again after so much work on the film side of things. I am making definitive and distintive levels, ( San Pedro, Hacienda, Tipi Circle, Chaco Canyon, Eagle island, Cortex City, Mars Mayan Base.)
I'm not necessarily into doing solo projects, but I do feel a great urge to create complete ideas. This has certainly lead to a woodenness in certain parts of the animation as the whole process of creating the models and rigs for all the chapters was enormous. Animating horse was the most complex research mission. Chaco Canyon Pueblo Bonito has taken six months to construct.
