2012 SHAMAN is animation, imagination, hallucination 4 years of creation, my personal world of visions set in the four corners region
of south west north america, constantly evolving on my hard drive with hopes of an interactive intergallactic castanedic game.
The story is almost a tragedy from psychedelic spaghetti western with shades of sci-fi and ethno, the process of solo animation is a long and winding
series of late nights, a five minute version was showing in Los angeles on weekends at the Moon Cave art Gallery, and a simililar mix
is on You tube/touchesclouds The hard drive HD mix is 60 minutes. Project is on hold as I finish the Chaco Canyon Project.
ENTER the PEYOTE LANDS
..................as we follow Star Scout intrepid drifter across the ocean of time. We arrive in the Other Worldly Ghost Lands and make our way up river into the Shaman Frontiers of parallel realities and quantum prophecies....enough to baffle any stranger in these parts.To settle in dust or ride like the wind , crossing the western desert .
Ghost Train
Through the night a Ghost Train arrives at "No Name" Station. Box car door opens and Bandido alights, at the same time the Horseman arrives in San Pedro an unearthly place inhabited by spirits alone.
SHOW DOWN in the GHOST TOWN
His visit to the church reveals the crucifixion of a conquistador. He waits in this Ghost Town for the arrival of the Bandido, a gun fight ensues and the Horseman kills the Bandido, who is somewhat an alter ego character, and rides further inland. A snake slides into town as sublime messenger guide of the Shaman.
Star Scout Enters San Pedro
One of Coronados men wandered into the wrong town.
Left crucified.
The local population had crucified a conquistador after he had strayed into town, dehydrated and hallucinating from heat stroke and weighed down by amour, an easy target. The clearing away of catholic notions before rites of passage to subconcious psychic war. As we enter the underworld to explore, to connect with the good first we must deal with the bad.....
